Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days - this may change during busy periods

All orders are sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked and you will receive an email with tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Please note that orders placed after 2pm will not be counted as a working day. (working days do not include weekends)

PLEASE NOTE- Orders that have not arrived must be notified within 14 days as we are unable to open a case with the courier after 28 days
