Refund policy
If your order doesn't arrive please let us know so we can track and trace it for you
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Unused items may be returned within 14 days for a refund once received, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect items are sent by mistake.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and checked.
